Ms. Parul Shukla (Lecturer)

PROFILE

Ms. Parul Shukla is Lecturer of Law at IIM ROHTAK, Haryana, with a focus on Corporate Law. She earned her B.A.LL.B from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar College of Law, Nagpur, and LL.M in Corporate Law from Hidayatullah National Law University, where she conducted research on regulatory reforms in corporate governance. Since starting her teaching career in 2020, she has taught courses in Business Law, Corporate Law, and Law of Contract, while also actively engaging in curriculum development. Currently pursuing her Ph.D. on Artificial Intelligence in the Healthcare Sector: Legal Regulatory Challenges & Way Forward at Gautam Buddha University, Ms. Shukla is dedicated to advancing legal education through her research and commitment to student learning.
